1. Service Overview TDCA’s Written Review Packages provide professional, page-by-page written feedback on student portfolios or project submissions. Each package includes one round of detailed written feedback and an optional follow-up offer for discounted mentoring. • FastTrack: Feedback returned within 2 working days. • Standard: Feedback returned within 7 working days. • Flexible: Feedback returned within 14 working days. ⏱ Turnaround times are calculated from the moment your portfolio/upload is received (not from purchase date). 2. Submission Requirements • Students must upload their portfolio or project via the link provided in their onboarding form. • Files should be in PDF format (max size [insert limit, e.g., 100MB]) or shared via a secure link (Google Drive / Dropbox). • Please ensure files are complete and final before submission. Multiple drafts are not permitted. 3. Resubmissions & Revisions • Each Written Review Package covers one submission only. • If you would like feedback on a revised version of your portfolio, you will need to purchase a new Written Review Package. 4. Feedback Scope • Reviews are written, structured, and delivered in the TDCA Feedback Form format. • Feedback is tailored to your chosen focus area (portfolio, project, job prep, or general direction) and sub-discipline (e.g., womenswear, knitwear, textiles). • Feedback is advisory and designed to support learning and development. It does not guarantee admission to schools, jobs, or other opportunities. 5. Refunds & Cancellations • Due to the intellectual nature of the service, refunds cannot be issued once feedback has been delivered. • Refund requests before submission will be considered on a case-by-case basis, less any processing fees. 6. FastTrack Delivery Guarantee • For FastTrack bookings, TDCA guarantees feedback within 2 working days. • If delivery is late due to TDCA error, students will be offered either: a) a partial refund (25%), or b) an additional 1h mentoring session (valued at £200) free of charge. 7. Confidentiality • All portfolios and submissions remain the intellectual property of the student. • TDCA will not share or publish any student work without explicit permission. 8. Next Steps & Upsell Offers • After receiving feedback, students are offered the option to: ◦ Book a 1h mentoring session at 20% off (limited-time offer). ◦ Explore TDCA’s Portfolio Development Programme or Careers Advice Sessions. • These are optional and not included in the Written Review Package price. 9. Code of Conduct • Students are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and staff. • TDCA reserves the right to withdraw services in cases of abusive behaviour, with no refund given.
