• Sessions are typically booked in 1-hour blocks, unless otherwise agreed.
• Sessions are delivered online via Zoom or equivalent platform.
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling
• Students schedule sessions via TDCA’s booking system (Calendar link provided).
• Rescheduling policy:

◦ For the 10h package, 2 reschedules are permitted.
◦ Reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Illness or emergencies:
◦ If a student is suddenly unwell or faces an emergency, TDCA may, at its discretion,
allow the session to be rescheduled without penalty.
◦ Students must notify TDCA as soon as possible (ideally before the session start time).
• Late reschedules (within 48h without cause) and no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Once a mentoring package is purchased, it is non-refundable.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., long-term illness, relocation), TDCA may, at its discretion, allow unused hours to be deferred or transferred to another programme.

◦ Arrive on time for all sessions.
◦ Complete agreed tasks between sessions (outlined in the Diagnostic Plan).

◦ Offer constructive feedback, resources, and professional insight.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
• All mentoring sessions are confidential.
• Any work shared by the student remains the student’s intellectual property.
• Mentors may not use, reproduce, or share student work without written consent.
• Students may not record sessions without prior consent from both TDCA and the mentor.
7. Liability

• Students remain responsible for their own outcomes, applications, and creative work.
8. Communication
• All official communication will be via email and the TDCA platform.
• Students are encouraged to follow TDCA’s newsletter and social media channels to stay informed of opportunities and resources.
9. Expiry of Hours
